Please include the following:
1. Your Name
2. Your Phone # in case of any questions
3. Your Mailing Address where you would like to have your receipt sent
4. Name you would like listed on the Caring Wall* – See below for Examples or if you prefer to stay anonymous, please put “N/A”

*Caring Wall is a list of donors names placed on a designated page on the YOU website. Only names as designated by the donor are listed. No donation amounts are listed.
How do I get a receipt for my donation?
A receipt will be mailed to the address that you have provide as listed above.
Is this donation tax deductible?
Youth Opportunity Unlimited, Inc. has a 501 (c) 3 designation from the IRS. All donors’ gifts for the daycare project may be tax deductible depending upon your tax situation. Please consult your tax preparer.
What recognition is given if I donate?
All donors have the option to have their name listed on the Children’s Caring Wall, which is a designated page on the YOU website. Only names as designated by the donor are listed. No donation amounts are listed.
All donors giving donations of $25,000 or more have the option to have their name listed on a plaque that will be located at the YOU daycare building.
